Pussy Roundup - The Cast 01

In a strange and curse-ridden world, where all the menfolk have been turned into cats...

Project I've been working on in bits of spare time to keep honing the ol' tools. Originally this was going to be a random set of illustrations, but I decided to delve deeper into an assortment of characters and flesh them out a bit. More to come. Eventually.
The idea came from stumbling upon some vintage images of cowgirl fashion in the 40's and 50's. The outfits are so garish and clean. So utterly girly-girl. And apparently no wrangling was to be done without a perm. The pure impracticality and cutesy innocence on a profession so sweaty, dirty, and dangerous is hilarious. I had to borrow it and expound.
It of course drifted from its origins, and morphs still, but what fun I'm having. Git on yer cat and ride!

I picked out three that I liked well enough and had some variety of personality. Now they would each need a complementary mount.

Circling back to the characters and reshaping them with more exaggerated forms. They were all built on the same mannequin, so I'm trying to puzzle them together at this point. However, they aren't necessarily a trio, so I'm not forcing complements.
